Dosing-pump flow calculator
Turn water flow and target dose into solution flow, daily active chemical and an estimated pump setting—without hiding strength, density or operating pressure.
Normal feed duty
Solution injection
Selection note:
What the result means
Capacity at pressure matters more than the label.
The pump must deliver the design L/h at injection pressure. Calibrate the installed pump with the real chemical; viscosity, off-gassing, suction lift and backpressure change delivery.
Do not guess the dose
The calculator solves feed rate, not treatment chemistry.
Determine dose from jar testing, demand testing, residual targets, a process specification or a qualified specialist. Entering a plausible-looking number does not make it safe.
- Verify material compatibility.
- Provide calibration and relief/backpressure hardware.
- Check minimum stable turndown.

From answer to equipment
Bring the duty point, not just a product name.
Watermart can check the calculation against the actual water analysis, pressure, valve, pump and installation constraints.
