Water Treatment System Accessories Indonesia

Select fluid ejectors, brine valves, brine tanks, permanganate feeders, and filter nozzles by fluid, flow, pressure, materials, connections, and cycle.

Water-treatment accessories must be selected as part of the system function, not by connection size alone. For a fluid ejector, brine valve, brine tank, permanganate feeder, or filter nozzle, match fluid, concentration, flow, pressure, materials, connections, operating sequence, drain capacity, and maintenance needs to the correct model data sheet.

PT Watermart Perkasa, operating through water.co.id, supplies water-treatment components in Indonesia for softeners, media filters, deionisation, and commercial or industrial systems. This page maps AQ Matic, Clack, Hydropro, Kleemeier, and Pentair products to buyer functions; technical-document links lead to the lab.co.id sister-site library.

Updated 30 July 2026: product functions, selection inputs, and buyer FAQs were clarified.

Which water-treatment accessory does the system need?

Use this table to identify the component family before comparing models. Final evidence remains the data sheet, material-compatibility statement, performance curve, installation drawing, and acceptance test for the offered unit.

System needComponent in buyer languageData to prepare
Draw brine, acid, caustic, or regenerant using motive flowFluid ejector and check valveFluid, concentration, temperature, inlet/discharge pressure, suction lift, draw rate, materials
Control softener brine draw, air check, and refillBrine valve, float, brine well, and brine tankSalt dose, refill volume, draw time, injector, tank size, salt capacity

Retain media and distribute service/backwash flowFilter nozzle, hub-lateral, and underdrainMedia size/weight, slot, flow per nozzle, pressure, thread, materials, layout

For a complete softener, combine accessories with DIONIX resin, FRP tanks, and a suitable AQ Matic valve or automatic valve. For iron and manganese removal, start with water-test results and the GreensandPlus guide before specifying a feeder or regenerant.

The model specifications below are summarised from the linked technical documents. Confirm the product code, document revision, materials, certifications, and rating conditions valid at procurement.

Fluid Ejectors: Corrosion Resistant Chemical Injectors for Water Treatment

The AquaMatic® Fluid Ejectors and AQ Matic Fluid Ejectors documents describe PVC ejectors for drawing brine or regenerant in commercial and industrial duties. Document ratings reach 125 psi and 140°F (60°C), but the actual limit must follow the model code, materials, concentration, and inlet and discharge conditions.

  • Key features: Available in NPT and Socket connections (½” to 2”), color-coded orifice for precise selection, compatible with Easy Nest valve kits and Stager assemblies.
  • Applications: Water softening, deionization, chemical dosing, and industrial/municipal water treatment systems.

Brine Valves & Brine Tanks: Softener Cycle Control & Brine Storage

The linked Clack documents cover brine valves and brine tanks for commercial and industrial softener applications:

Final compatibility depends on the injector, refill control, brine well, connections, and valve cycle. Verify each certification claim against the document revision and offered product code.

Potassium permanganate feeder for manganese-media regeneration

For water treatment applications that require regeneration of Manganese Greensand, MTM®, or GreensandPlus™ media, PT Watermart Perkasa offers the Clack Potassium Permanganate Feeder. This unit utilizes a UV-inhibited polyethylene tank, available in 2, 4, and 6 oz per cycle capacities, and features a child-resistant lid and polypropylene grid for efficient chemical usage.

  • Applications: Iron/manganese filter regeneration, non-pressurized system, compatible with various filter media.
  • Checks: Confirm dose, installation position, ventilation, containment, PPE, and the project’s permanganate-handling procedure.

What must be checked before an accessory is installed?

Confirm that the model code, wetted materials, thread type and size, orientation, pressure, temperature, seals, tubing, and flow direction match the approved drawing. During commissioning, prove each valve position, draw or refill, flow distribution, leak check, alarm, interlock, and waste route before handover.

For chemicals or regenerants, apply the appropriate SDS, containment, PPE, ventilation, and flushing procedure. A fluid ejector or feeder does not determine chemical type or dose; that decision comes from the approved process, testing, and application requirements.

What data should an accessory quotation request include?

Send the flow diagram, component function, fluid and concentration, flow, pressure, temperature, materials, connections, motive-water source or control signal, cycle sequence, layout, quantity, location, requested documents, and installation boundary. For a retrofit, include nameplate photographs, actual dimensions, and several views of the old component.

Water-treatment accessory buyer questions

Is a fluid ejector the same as a dosing pump?

No. A fluid ejector uses motive flow and a pressure differential to draw liquid, while a dosing pump moves volume with a pump mechanism. The choice depends on duty, pressure, controls, accuracy, and fluid.

How do I select a brine valve and brine tank?

Start with salt dose per regeneration, refill-water volume, brine-draw time, injector capacity, brine-well size, air check, float height, and available space. Do not select only by maximum salt storage.

Does every filter nozzle suit sand, carbon, and resin?

No. Slot size, flow, pressure drop, materials, thread, shaft length, quantity, and installation pattern must match media size plus service and backwash flow.

Do installed accessories make water ready to drink?

No. A drinking-water system still needs applicable Indonesian requirements, commissioning, sanitation, consumable logs, representative sampling, and laboratory verification before release for drinking.
